Current Role
I lead the NCI IT Training program, ensuring that NCI staff have access to training in the IT applications and services supported by NCI. I provide support to OCIO staff trainers from inception of the class through follow-up after the class has ended. I also lead the Tech Tip program, publishing best practices and time savers about technology as weekly announcements on myNCI (NCI’s intranet) and on digital signs with links to knowledge articles on service.cancer.gov. I hold a Lean IT Foundations certification.
