Collaborations
Advances in genomics, proteomics, and imaging are rapidly increasing the volume of data that informs cancer research. At the same time, new tools and techniques for analysis, simulation, and data management provide powerful opportunities both for tackling existing problems and for exploring new scientific landscapes.
CBIIT partners with groups throughout the cancer research community, other federal agencies, academia, non-profit organizations, and the private sector. CBIIT does this through various programs, consultations, tool and application development, data analysis, and more. These collaborations join CBIIT’s expertise in cancer data science and other organizations’ unique expertise to influence cancer research and ultimately clinical treatment.
