User-Friendly Analysis of Spatial Transcriptomics with spatialGE
Interested in learning more about spatial transcriptomics (ST) and how it can provide a better understanding of the cancer tumor microenvironment? Then don’t miss this upcoming webinar!
Join Dr. Oscar Ospina of the Moffitt Cancer Center as he discusses the development of spatialGE—a user-friendly web application and R package that can help you use spatial statistics to analyze ST data.
During this event, Dr. Ospina will discuss how spatialGE:
- provides a comprehensive platform for ST data analysis and data visualization.
- includes useful approaches like SpaGCN and STdeconvolve, and algorithms like InSituType.
- supports single-cell ST data analysis and provides test data sets to aid in user proficiency.
NCI’s Informatics Technology for Cancer Research program funds spatialGE.
If you are an individual with a disability who needs reasonable accommodations to participate in this event, please contact Kayla Strauss. You will need to make the request at least 5 days prior to the event.
Dr. Ospina is a data scientist with the Moffitt Cancer Center. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Puerto Rico.
