Eleventh Computational Approaches for Cancer Workshop 2025 (CAFCW25)

November 17, 2025 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. CT
St. Louis, MO

Are you attending SC25, the international conference for high performance computing (HPC), networking, storage, and analysis?  If so, don’t miss the 11th CAFCW25 Workshop to help accelerate progress in cancer research and clinical operations that are both computationally driven and data-driven.

The theme of this year’s workshop is “High Performance Computing (HPC) ignites innovations in cancer research and care.” If you want the chance to present on a topic related to novel uses of HPC technologies around cancer, be sure to submit an abstract by July 18, 2025.

Interested in any of these goals of the workshop? Join your colleagues at this year’s CAFCW25! Goals include:

  • educating and raising awareness of the impact of HPC on cancer research.
  • collaborating and building connections to address complex problems in cancer research.
  • introducing students to cancer research and advanced computing.
  • developing a permanent online presence for presenters to create opportunities for future interactions.
  • encouraging discussions on additional computing and cancer workshops to expand the community.

CAFCW25 is co-organized by NCI, Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Morehouse School of Medicine, and the University of Kentucky Markey Cancer Center. CAFCW brings various disciplines and interests together to share insights and spark collaborations for innovations in data-driven cancer research.
