Submit Your Abstract for the Eleventh Computational Approaches for Cancer Workshop (CAFCW25)
Are you planning to attend the Eleventh Computational Approaches for Cancer Workshop (CAFCW25)? Are you an expert in computational chemistry, computational biology, artificial intelligence (AI), data science, computer science, or other disciplines related to cancer research and innovation? Then submit an abstract!
Your submission should focus on applying computational approaches to cancer challenges. Judges will also consider how your abstract aligns with the workshop topic of “High Performance Computing Ignites…Innovations in Cancer Research and Care.” If the program committee selects your abstract, you’ll have a chance to present at the workshop.
Topics may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Next generation sequencing analysis
- Digital twins
- Predictive oncology
- Electronic health and medical records
- High performance parallel computing
- Cloud computing
- Machine learning
- Information and data security
- Natural language processing
- Novel statistical models
CAFCW25 takes place on November 17, 2025, in St. Louis, MO, as part of SC25, The International Conference on High Performance Computing, Networking, Storage, and Analysis. CAFCW25 is co-organized by NCI, Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Morehouse School of Medicine, and the University of Kentucky Markey Cancer Center co-organize CAFCW25. CAFCW brings various disciplines and interests together to share insights and spark collaborations for innovations in data-driven cancer research.
