Dr. Erika Kim (Kwon) and her colleagues will present a poster titled "Proteomic Data Commons: A resource for proteogenomic analysis" at the AACR Virtual Meeting II. The presentation gives an overview of NCI's Proteomic Data Commons (PDC) and its available data sets, and describes how the PDC facilitates multi-omic data analyses.
Dr. Erika M. Kim (Kwon) is a program manager in CBIIT’s Informatics and Data Science Program. She is responsible for planning and managing programs in large-scale data management for scientific research as part of the NCI Cancer Research Data Commons.
