The presentation gives an overview of NCI's Proteomic Data Commons (PDC) and its available data sets, and describes how the PDC facilitates multi-omic data analyses.

Dr. Erika M. Kim (Kwon) is a program manager in CBIIT’s Informatics and Data Science Program. She is responsible for planning and managing programs in large-scale data management for scientific research as part of the NCI Cancer Research Data Commons.
