NIH wants to make research it funds freely available to everyone to boost understanding, support future research, and build public trust. Starting December 31, 2025, authors must share all accepted manuscripts on PubMed Central.

Dr. Flores-Toro is a health scientist administrator in NCI’s ODS. Dr. Flores-Toro supports data access and sharing efforts, acts as a member of the NCI data access committee, and provides program support to large projects such as the Childhood Cancer Data Initiative.
