Poster Session: "Data and Analytical Resources and Standards for Next-Generation Sequencing and Omics" at the AACR Annual Meeting 2020
Presenter: Seven Bridges Genomics
Location: American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Virtual Meeting II
The Seven Bridges team present "The Cancer Genomics Cloud enables complex and multi-omic data science in the cloud" at the AACR Virtual Meeting II.
The Cancer Genomics Cloud (CGC), is one of three NCI Cloud Resources providing researchers access to the Cancer Research Data Commons (CRDC) array of repositories and more than 1,000 analytic tools, resources, and workflows to perform high-powered computation.
In this poster session, the presenters describe how new features of the CGC have broadened the data and workflows accessible to cancer researchers, including the integration with NCI's CRDC, to enable a network of Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable (FAIR) data sets towards making cancer data analysis faster, easier, and more accessible for all.
