Leveraging High-Performance Computing Resources and Using QIIME 2 to Advance Your Microbiome Projects

• finding resources that can help you work more efficiently, especially when the data are too big for your laptop.

• Install the requisite software (i.e., Google Chrome and Docker Desktop) before the workshop begins. See instructions. (Important: If you lack administrative privileges, you’ll need to work with your IT staff to install the necessary software.)
