Genomic Data Commons (GDC) Use Case: Analyzing a Cohort
This webinar is intended for cancer researchers interested in using the NCI Genomic Data Commons (GDC) and supporting tools to build and analyze a cohort from cancer genomic studies. The GDC allows users to build a cohort, perform detailed analysis on the cohort, and download the associated data.
In the webinar, Brandon Chan from the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research will exhibit a complete use case demonstrating GDC data analysis, visualization, and exploration features in support of cancer research.
Brandon Chan is a business analyst from the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research.
