- NCI/NIH programs including the Cancer MoonshotSM and Childhood Cancer Data Initiative.
At 3:00 p.m. ET, Dr. Sharpless will join Dr. Corrie Painter, associate director of “Count Me In” and research scientist at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, and Dr. David Fajgenbaum, assistant professor of medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. The three will have a fireside chat about the perspectives and practices of regulatory, research, and implementation sciences on clinical trial data sharing.
Registration for the symposium is free and open to the public.
Dr. Sharpless is the director of NCI.
Dr. Guidry Auvil serves as the director of the Office of Data Sharing at NCI. In her role, Dr. Guidry Auvil leads NCI’s approach to the development and implementation of data sharing and public access policies to enhance NCI’s mission.
