Enhancers, Gene Regulation, and Genome Organization Meeting
Bulk and single-cell molecular, imaging, and computational approaches are revealing even greater complexities in the genome. NCI’s Center for Cancer Research (CCR) is hosting an upcoming meeting to address the wealth of new data generated by these techniques that are increasingly revealing how the genome folds to accommodate gene expression programs and cell fate decisions. From CCR, Rafael Casellas, Ph.D., will speak on cohesin extrusion in mammalian cells, and Daniel Larson, Ph.D., will chair the event's third session (labeled “Enhancer Biophysics”).
Visit the event webpage for a full agenda and additional registration information. Registration is required to receive the Webex link for attendance.
