Educational Session: "The Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium: Resources and Data Dissemination" at the AACR Annual Meeting 2020
NCI's Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium (CPTAC) brings together leading scientists in the field of proteogenomics from across the nation to further our understanding of cancer biology and to accelerate precision oncology.
In this educational session, "The Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium: Resources and Data Dissemination", researchers will describe CPTAC's comprehensive proteomic and matching genomic tumor characterization methodologies, particularly with regard to clinical trials. Highlights include information on data access procedures, informatics tools for proteogenomics analysis, and recent advances on mass spectrometry-based targeted assays.
