The Cancer Genomics Cloud: A Secure and Scalable Cloud-Based Platform to Access, Share, and Analyze Multi-Omics Data Sets
The Cancer Genomics Cloud’s (CGC’s) monthly webinar series is launching on Wednesday, January 27, with an overview of its platform and how users can leverage cloud computing for cancer research. As one of NCI’s Cloud Resources, the CGC provides researchers access to a wide variety of data sets from NCI’s Cancer Research Data Commons along with a catalog of tools to analyze and visualize the data directly from the browser.
The webinar series will convene every fourth Wednesday of the month, inviting developers, speakers, users, and others in the CGC community to speak. The webinar series is free and available to the public. Recordings of the webinar will also be available.
Mr. Dave Roberson serves as the community engagement specialist at Seven Bridges.
Ms. Sai Lakshmi Subramanian is a senior bioinformatics professional and a program manager at Seven Bridges, overseeing Cancer Genomics Cloud activities.
