ATOM Hackathon 2024
Are you seeking a chance to tackle drug discovery challenges and contribute to artificial intelligence (AI)-driven molecular modeling case studies? Register for the first-ever Accelerating Therapeutics for Opportunities in Medicine (ATOM) Hackathon by Monday, June 17, 2024.
The University of Delaware’s AI Center of Excellence and Data Science Institute, in collaboration with Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research, University of California San Francisco, and Lawrence Livermore Laboratory, is hosting this in-person, 3-day event.
The hackathon is a unique opportunity for participants with various experience levels across industries—students, researchers, faculty, beginning coders, and expert modelers—to work together and use machine learning and AI tools for computational drug discovery. The ATOM Modeling Pipeline, an open-source software pipeline for building and sharing models, will be used to approach the questions posed in the hackathon.
