New Data in PDC and GDC: 110 Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma Cases
NCI’s Cancer Research Data Commons (CRDC) has added new data sets from NCI’s Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Center (CPTAC), a national effort to accelerate the understanding of cancer’s molecular basis through large-scale proteome and genome analysis (a.k.a. proteogenomics).
This release contains 110 new cases of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma with genomic and proteomic data. Genomic data may be controlled access depending on the data processing applied.
Researchers can access a wide range of data through the following repositories:
