Representing and Embedding Tissue Structures

She will describe new bioinformatics tools for exploring the complex tumor microenvironment. The Human Tumor Atlas Network, an NCI-funded Cancer Moonshot^SM initiative, supports these tools with their 3D tumor atlases.
