Rationalized Patient Match and Clinical Trial Design with Large/Moderate Language Models on EHR Data
NCI’s Dr. Lu and Dr. Floudas invite you to come and explore the latest advances for using artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze electronic health record (EHR) data. Attend this upcoming webinar, and you’ll learn about the efforts to:
- improve the design of immunotherapy clinical trials.
- more effectively match potential patients.
Currently, patients with cancer have access to thousands of immuno-oncology clinical trials. However, designing trials that can efficiently enroll patients can be challenging. This is especially true due to the increased complexity of mechanisms of action. Attend this webinar and you’ll learn about the efforts to address this challenge.
This webinar is part of the 2024 SITC-NCI Computational Immuno-oncology Webinar Series, which focuses on the application of AI in immuno-oncology. This is the seventh of nine free webinars to help individual research labs overcome computational challenges while analyzing and integrating different assay data throughout the immuno-oncology spectrum using AI. The annual series aims to educate early-career scientists, increase participants’ awareness of and engagement in NCI-supported Cancer MoonshotSM Immunotherapy Networks, and fulfill the Blue Ribbon Panel’s goal of accelerating progress in cancer research.
Dr. Floudas is a head and neck cancer medical oncologist at NCI.
Dr. Lu is a senior investigator at NCI’s National Center for Biotechnology Information.
