Progress on International Childhood Cancer Data Partnership

Dr. Lynne Penberthy, associate director for NCI’s Surveillance Research Program and co-lead of this working group, will elaborate on this effort and the resource detailing the methods for international pediatric data sharing in particular. G7 Cancer is an international cooperation mechanism that brings experts together in the fight against cancer. By means of working groups, participating organizations are sharing their expertise with each other, improving knowledge of cancer mechanisms, accelerating the transfer of scientific discoveries and their clinical applications, and stimulating innovation.

Lynne Penberthy, M.D.

Dr. Penberthy is the associate director for the Surveillance Research Program within NCI’s Division of Cancer Control and Population Sciences.

Claire Morgand, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Morgand is the director of the Observation, Data Science and Evaluation Directorate at the French National Cancer Institute.
