Network Exploration for Cancer Research
This webinar, hosted by NCI's Office of Cancer Clinical Proteomics Research (OCCPR) and led by Assistant Professor Zeynep Gümüş, Ph.D., will explain how a network exploration tool, developed for the Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium (CPTAC), is used to find novel gene interactions based on proteomic studies. Dr. Gümüş is with Dr. Pei Wang’s group at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, New York.
