Network Exploration for Cancer Research
This webinar, hosted by NCI's Office of Cancer Clinical Proteomics Research (OCCPR) and led by Assistant Professor Zeynep Gümüş, Ph.D., will explain how a network exploration tool, developed for the Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium (CPTAC), is used to find novel gene interactions based on proteomic studies. Dr. Gümüş is with Dr. Pei Wang’s group at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, New York.
Registrants are invited to preview the software and submit questions prior to the webinar. Please send questions to La’Toya.Kelly@nih.gov with the subject line OCCPR Webinar: Network Exploration by 12:00 p.m. ET, Friday, April 3, 2020.
Registration is required.
Dr. Zeynep Gümüş is an assistant professor at the Department of Genetics and Genomics and at the Icahn Institute for Data Science and Genomic Technology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, New York.
