The Molecular Twin AI Platform Integrates Multi-omic Data to Predict Outcomes for Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma Patients
Dr. Osipov of Cedars-Sinai will present on “Molecular Twin”: a precision medicine platform that utilizes advanced machine learning models. He will walk you through its application in analyzing a data set of clinical and multi-omic molecular features from patients with resected pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, demonstrating how it can accurately predict disease survival.
This webinar is part of the NCI Rising Scholars Cancer Research Seminar Series hosted by NCI’s Center for Cancer Training. The series showcases the research of early career cancer researchers supported by NCI.
Dr. Osipov is gastroenterologist medical oncologist and program lead of the Cedars-Sinai Pancreas Cancer Multidisciplinary Clinic and Precision Medicine Program. He is also a clinical-translational investigator in the Gastrointestinal Disease Research Group and Pancreas Cancer Research Group of the Samuel Oschin Cancer Center at Cedars-Sinai.
