NCI Imaging Informatics Webinar
Dr. Andrey Fedorov, co-principal investigator of the NCI Imaging Data Commons (IDC), will provide a virtual demo of IDC's portal, capabilities, data sets, and tools during a special edition of the NCI Imaging Informatics Webinar Series.
As the latest repository in the NCI Cancer Research Data Commons (CRDC), the IDC provides imaging data, metadata, and an open library of tools for high performance computation and analysis. IDC currently offers radiology imaging data from The Cancer Imaging Archive (TCIA) with future phases drawing in pathology data and collections from other NCI data coordinating centers.
