NCI Emerging Technology Seminar: Mapping Cellular Plasticity in Tumor Progression and Drug Resistance
Are you interested in learning how informatics tools can integrate data from multiple sources to advance your cancer research?
In this webinar, Dr. Itai Yanai will discuss new informatics tools for inferring cell state tumor microenvironment maps. The tools enable the integration of data from single-cell and spatial transcriptomics studies.
The NCI Emerging Technologies Seminar Series highlights novel technologies supported through NCI awards that could transform cancer research and clinical care.
Dr. Yanai is a professor in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Pharmacology at New York University Grossman School of Medicine, and he is the scientific director of Applied Bioinformatics Laboratories. He has a Ph.D. from Boston University.
