NCI Computational Immuno-Oncology Workshop
Are you looking to learn about the impact computational science has on immuno-oncology (IO) research?
Attend this workshop to learn about the current state of the art technologies, outstanding scientific gaps, and advanced opportunities in computational approaches for treating cancer using the power of the body’s immune system.
NCI industry experts presenting include Dr. Eytan Ruppin, founder and chief of the Center for Cancer Research’s Cancer Data Science Lab, and Dr. Steven Rosenberg, NCI’s chief of surgery. Opening remarks will be delivered by NCI Division of Cancer Biology Director Dr. Dinah Singer.
The workshop sessions will cover:
- multi-modal data integration.
- computational challenges in IO data, which include rigor, reproducibility, artificial intelligence, deep learning, data bias, and more.
- how medical discoveries can be enabled to inform therapeutic development using IO data.
