Join Dr. Gordon Harris of Harvard Medical School to learn about the Open Health Imaging Foundation (OHIF) Viewer—a leading, open-source, web-based medical imaging platform that enables accessibility and collaboration in medical research and clinical workflows.
Created in 2015 and ranked first on GitHub for medical imaging, OHIF serves thousands of academic, clinical, and industrial users and projects across the world (including many NCI projects). OHIF provides an extensible, zero-footprint viewer that supports modular development and interoperability with diverse data sources.
NCI’s Informatics Technology for Cancer Research program funds OHIF Viewer.
Dr. Harris is a professor of radiology at Harvard Medical School.
