The latest NCI Genomic Data Commons (GDC) monthly webinar explores its data sets and how to access them.
As the genomic data-specific repository within NCI’s Cancer Research Data Commons (CRDC), the GDC provides cloud-based access to genomic data and more than 1,000 tools and workflows for data analysis.
During this webinar, Ms. Sharon Gaheen and Biju Issac, Ph.D., will:
- Provide an overview of the programs and projects that provide data to the GDC, including The Cancer Genome Atlas and other landmark projects
- Review GDC data types available in the GDC
- Demonstrate how to access the different types of data from supported programs in the GDC
