Advancing Data Sharing for Implementation Science in Cancer Control: Charting a Roadmap for Data Sharing in Implementation Science and Cancer Prevention
This workshop session explores the road ahead for data sharing in implementation science and in cancer prevention and control. It is intended to gather implementation science investigators and other experts in the related fields of data science, ethics, data privacy, and security. These experts will take an active role in defining the process, scope, and trajectory of data sharing of implementation science data types.
This is the first occurrence of the three-part virtual workshop series, “The Advancing Data Sharing for Implementation Science in Cancer Control,” held on May 31, June 7, and June 13, 2022.
Dr. Guidry Auvil serves as the director of the Office of Data Sharing (ODS) at NCI. In her role, she leads NCI’s approach to the development and implementation of data sharing and public access policies to enhance NCI’s mission.
