2023 CPTAC Virtual Scientific Symposium
Learn about current advances in cancer proteogenomics and cancer research from NCI Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium (CPTAC) researchers! The virtual, single-day event includes three sessions:
- Pan-Cancer Proteogenomics Tumor Analyses
- Tumor Characterization & Clinical Translational Studies
- Data Analysis Tools
In Session 3, speakers will present a selection of software tools used in the realm of proteomics and proteogenomics. These tools aid researchers in interpreting and analyzing the complex data derived from tumors and their molecular makeup.
CPTAC is a national effort from NCI’s Office of Cancer Clinical Proteomics Research to accelerate the understanding of the molecular basis of cancer. They achieve this through the application of large-scale proteome and genome analysis, or proteogenomics.
