Current Role
I support the NCI Cancer Research Data Commons (CRDC) by contributing to governance and sustainability activities; developing and implementing strategies to facilitate data sharing through the CRDC Submission Portal; and keeping the community informed and engaged on CRDC developments.
Prior to joining CBIIT, I spent a decade with The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) program office as the Genome Data Analysis Network Program Manager, leading programs and studies through the Genome Characterization Pipeline, as well as managing disease-specific and pan-cancer analysis working groups.
