New Data in GDC: Lung Squamous Cell Data, and More
Update February 19, 2021: Accompanying images for this lung squamous cell carcinoma data release are now publicly available in The Cancer Imaging Archive.
NCI’s Cancer Research Data Commons’ Genomic Data Commons (GDC) has new open- and controlled-access genomic data available!
In this latest release, researchers can access data from multiple programs, including:
- 108 cases of lung squamous cell carcinoma data from the Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium (CPTAC).
- Mutation call data from the Human Cancer Models Initiative (HCMI) can be browsed in the data portal.
- Aliquot-level mutations from the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (MMRF).
- Gene fusion data for > 1,000 cases from Therapeutically Applicable Research to Generate Effective Treatments (TARGET), and more.
