The NCI Cancer Research Data Commons (CRDC) launched datacommons.cancer.gov. The website will serve as an entry point for visitors interested in viewing CRDC’s catalog of data sets, tools, and resources in one place. Visitors can:

• Navigate to all current CRDC data repositories, including the Genomic Data Commons (GDC), Proteomic Data Commons (PDC), and Integrated Canine Data Commons (ICDC).
• Analyze data through NCI Cloud Resources with the help of “How to Get Started” resources.
• Review the list of data sets and analytics tools available.
• Learn more about the CRDC and the infrastructure empowering large-scale data science including the Data Commons Framework, Center for Cancer Data Harmonization, and the newly awarded, Cancer Data Aggregator.

The website will be updated as additional data repositories, resources, and tools become available.
