The Cancer Imaging Archive (TCIA) has updated several data set collections that you can use in your cancer research.

These collections include:

• a data set of brain metastasis 3D segmentations on MRI. This collection includes clinical and imaging feature information. You will see 200 subjects with MRIs, tumor segmentations, demographics, and survival outcomes.
• a breast cancer data set of multimodal imaging of ductal carcinoma in situ with microinvasion. This data set has pathology images from 12 subjects for analysis and diagnosis of breast cancer.
• a data set of prostate MRI and ultrasound with pathology and coordinates of tracked biopsy. You will find new data for 837 participants.
