Call for Abstracts at CAFCW20

NCI Director, Dr. Ned Sharpless, will serve as keynote speaker at the Sixth Computational Approaches for Cancer Workshop (CAFCW20), which will be held virtually on November 13, 2020.

The CAFCW20 workshop will bring together clinicians, cancer biologists, mathematicians, data scientists, computational scientists, engineers, developers, and thought leaders interested in advancing computational approaches to better understand cancer.

The workshop organizers have issued an open call for submissions, and a broad range of papers addressing computational approaches for cancer research will be considered. Subject matter experts are encouraged to share their insights on computational and data-driven cancer research and clinical applications. In particular, topics focusing on this year’s special session topic, “Artificial Intelligence (AI) and High-Performance Computing (HPC): Overcoming Data Challenges in Cancer Research and Clinical Applications,” are encouraged.

Applications should be submitted electronically no later than Tuesday, September 8. Get more information about abstract submission and registration on the event webpage.
