Do you have strong computational skills and a background in developmental biology? If so, consider joining NCI’s Center for Cancer Research (CCR) as a staff scientist within the basic science-focused Cancer and Developmental Biology Laboratory (CDBL).

In this role, you’ll collaborate with CDBL principal investigators (PIs) and their teams by analyzing and integrating bioinformatic and quantitative developmental biology data. You’ll be expected to support the CDBL PI teams using high throughput sequencing (e.g., bulk and single-cell RNAseq, ChIPseq, ATACseq, HiC) and mass spectrometric methods (e.g., lipidomics, metabolomics, proteomics), while maintaining an affiliation with the CCR Data Science Laboratory.
