Apply to become the next postdoctoral fellow at Dr. Ludmila Prokunina-Olsson’s research laboratory within NCI’s Division of Cancer Epidemiology & Genetics.
This fellowship is for you if you have:
- an interest in studying bladder cancer and/or the genetics of immunity.
- experience with operating bioinformatics tools.
- worked with organoids.
- used high-throughput functional methods such as CRISPR screens, MPRAs, chromatin interaction, and splicing assays.
You’ll work alongside Dr. Prokunina-Olsson and her team to:
- contribute to genome-wide association studies (GWAS) efforts,
- perform post-GWAS analyses, and
- integrate somatic genetics, transcriptomics, environmental impacts, and clinical outcomes into germline variant analysis.
