NCI's Genomic Data Commons (GDC) supports the submission of data from cancer genomic studies and makes submitted data available to the research community through GDC data access tools. This webinar will guide users through the GDC submission process and will:
- Review the GDC data submission workflow
- Demonstrate file upload
- Demonstrate submission review/QC
- Demonstrate request for harmonization and discuss the GDC harmonization process
This webinar is intended for any organization that is currently submitting or is interested in submitting data to the NCI Genomic Data Commons (GDC) in support of data sharing.
