The *AMARETTO Software Architecture for Multimodal and Multiscale Data Fusion in Cancer table consists of nine boxes. Each box represents how the *AMARETTO framework provides software tools for network biology and medicine. The first box represents Multi-omics Data, which flows into the Regulatory Mechanisms of Drivers. That flows the AMARETTO algorithm that learns networks of regulatory circuits. That flows to the Community-AMARETTO algorithm, which learns subnetworks of regulatory circuits that are shared across networks. Also flowing into the Community-AMARETTO algorithm is the box that represents the Biological Systems of Cancer. The Biological Systems of Cancer also flows into the Clinical and Experimental Outcomes box. Within the Clinical and Experimental Outcomes box you have: Clinical Disease, Biomarker Discovery, Molecular Disease, and Biomarker Discovery; The Perturbation-AMARETTO algorithm that maps genetic and chemical perturbations in model systems; and The Imaging-AMARETTO algorithm that maps radiography and histopathology imaging data.
