Current Role
In my position at CBIIT, I perform analysis on projects for the Center for Cancer Research (CCR). For instance, I conduct RNA-sequencing analysis for CCR’s Experimental Immunology Branch, and I analyze the mechanism of gp78 mediated metastasis mouse tumor and human mitochondrial for CCR’s Laboratory of Protein Dynamics and Signaling. I analyze the Prostate, Lung, Colorectal, and Ovarian Cancer Screening Trial (PLCO) on behalf of the Division of Cancer Prevention (DCP). I perform CNV and Tumor Purity estimation analysis in an FDA SEQC-II project and curate storage backup. I also assist team and collaboration members with docker implementation and workflows.
