What is Healthy AI? Submit Your Abstract by August 9 for the Tenth Computational Approaches Workshop

Are you a data scientist, computational biologist, or cancer biologist with ideas for what constitutes as “healthy artificial intelligence (AI)?” Share your ideas by submitting an abstract to the Tenth Computational Approaches for Cancer Workshop (CAFCW24) by August 9, 2024.

This year’s theme focuses on finding the right ways for data and algorithms to work with the complexities of living systems, aiming to advance healthcare, especially in cancer. Healthy AI in computational biology not only involves technological innovation but also a comprehensive approach to using AI technology to advance and improve research.

Workshop organizers invite experts and leaders like you, from various research and technology fields, who want to use computation to better understand, diagnose, treat, and prevent cancer. Sharing insights and challenges will foster collaboration and innovation, speeding up progress in cancer research and clinical applications driven by data and computation.

CAFCW24 takes place on November 18, 2024, in Atlanta, GA, as part of SC24, The International Conference on High Performance Computing, Networking, Storage, and Analysis.

The NCI-Department of Energy partnership coordinates CAFCW24 and aims to accelerate cancer research using emerging computing capabilities.
