Solve Challenges with Spatial Omics Data at the Human Tumor Atlas Network (HTAN) Data Jamboree 2024

Are you an investigator, postdoc, or late-stage graduate student interested in leveraging spatial omics and single-cell data in your cancer research? Apply to participate in the Human Tumor Atlas Network (HTAN) Data Jamboree, taking place on November 6–8, 2024, at the NIH Campus in Bethesda, MD.

You should apply if you are a researcher from any of these diverse areas of expertise:

  • Cancer biology
  • Cancer clinical research
  • Pathology
  • Imaging biology
  • Systems biology
  • Computational biology
  • Data science
  • Bioinformatics
  • Other relevant fields

You don’t need prior computational expertise. Submit your application by September 6.

The Jamboree planning team will organize you into small teams, each given a task to address a specific research question or challenge using spatial omics data.

This event is a great opportunity to learn more about the HTAN data, improve its utility, and contribute to building a broader and more diverse HTAN community. The HTAN data you’ll work with is available through the HTAN Data Portal and NCI Cancer Research Data Commons Cloud Resources.
