New Insight on Cancer Development and Treatment Resistance from HTAN Publications

You can now explore a collection of studies from NCI’s Human Tumor Atlas Network (HTAN), which includes the tools, data sets, and collaborative work of 10 research centers. This collection includes 13 studies featured in Nature journals, unveiling insights into tumor development, how tumors spread, and how they respond to various treatments.

Explore the open-access publications covering research areas such as:

  • cancer development and progression,
  • integration of multi-omics approaches,
  • spatial and temporal analysis,
  • single-cell technology and analysis platforms,
  • molecular mechanisms and genetic interactions, and more.

HTAN, initially supported by the Cancer MoonshotSM Initiative, creates 3D atlases that integrate cellular, molecular, and histological features of different tumors as they evolve.
