New Data in PDC: Lung and Uterine Cancer Cases
The NCI's Cancer Research Data Commons' Proteomic Data Commons (PDC) has new data from the Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium’s lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma studies.
The release contains open-access proteomic data for more than 4,000 files of lung and uterine cancer data, including:
- Proteome
- Phosphoproteome
- Acetylome
- Ubiquitylome
Corresponding genomic and imaging data can be found for the LSCC studies at the Genomic Data Commons and The Cancer Imaging Archive.
In addition to the two studies, this release provides supplementary proteomic and phosphoproteomic data for the proteogenomic analysis of pediatric brain cancer tumors study.
