New Data in PDC: Breast, Ovarian, and Pediatric Cancer Studies

NCI’s Cancer Research Data Commons Proteomic Data Commons (PDC) has released new data from the Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium’s (CPTAC’s) Clinical Proteomic Tumor Consortium.

The release contains 1,400 files of open-access proteomic data, including the following new studies on breast and ovarian cancer:

Prospective Breast from Broad Institute Study

  • Acetylome
  • CompRef Acetylome
  • CompRef Proteome
  • CompRef Phosphoproteome

Prospective Ovarian Johns Hopkins University Study

  • Intact Glycoproteome
  • N-linked Glycosite-containing peptide

In addition to these new studies, this release provides updated and supplementary data for the previously released studies from the Children’s Brain Tumor Network (CBTN) Pediatric Brain Tumor Atlas Pilot Study:

  • Proteome
  • Phosphoproteome
