A new batch of Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium (CPTAC) histology imaging data has been released and is now publicly available on The Cancer Imaging Archive (TCIA) CPTAC Pathology Portal.

TCIA has partnered with CPTAC to host both the radiology and pathology imaging data generated by the CPTAC Program. The TCIA CPTAC Pathology Portal has over 5,000 histopathology and radiology slides from almost 1,500 proteogenomically analyzed tumor cases.

In a national effort to accelerate the understanding of the molecular basis of cancer through the application of large-scale proteogenomic analysis, CPTAC has made its data available to the public as a community resource to accelerate cancer research and advance patient care. CPTAC data can be found at the Genomic Data CommonsProteomic Data Commons, and TCIA/CPTAC Imaging Proteomics Resources.
