New Clinical Data Added to the NCI Cancer Research Data Commons
The NCI Cancer Research Data Commons (CRDC) recently added 1,000 new clinical outcome data files for Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium (CPTAC) studies to the NCI’s Genomic Data Commons (GDC) and Proteomic Data Commons (PDC). Researchers can now explore updated demographic, diagnostic, exposure, and other clinical attributes for the CPTAC studies below.
Researchers can directly access clinical attributes associated with the genomic data through the CPTAC project at the GDC. To explore the clinical attributes associated with the proteomic data, use the links below to open the study files through the PDC and then click on the “Clinical” tab of the study summary window.
Cancer Type | Cases | Data Links |
---|---|---|
Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma (CCRCC) |
110 | |
Glioblastoma (GBM) |
99 | |
Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma (HNSCC) |
108 | |
Lung Adenocarcinoma (LUAD) | 111 | |
Lung Squamous Cell Carcinoma (LSCC) | 115 | |
Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDA) | 166 | |
Uterine Corpus Endometrial Carcinoma (UCEC) | 123 |
As part of the CRDC, the PDC and GDC connects researchers with large-scale cancer research data and the high-performance computational tools to analyze that data. Learn more about CRDC’s data and tools.
