On August 2–6, NCI (as part of the Cancer Moonshot^SM) is hosting a five-day DataViz + Cancer Innovation Lab to generate creative data visualization and design strategies aimed at addressing the challenges patients have understanding their diagnosis, their clinical options, the volume and complexity of the surrounding information, and how clinicians use this information to help patients navigate difficult choices.

Patient advocates, clinicians, researchers, data visualization and user experience experts, implementation scientists, game designers, and more must apply by Tuesday, June 8, to attend the Innovation Lab. Selected attendees will work together to kindle fresh and alternative approaches for creating a more patient-centered experience.
