Childhood Cancer Data Initiative Invites Research Proposals for Molecular Characterization

Use your capabilities to characterize multi-omics research! The Childhood Cancer Data Initiative (CCDI) invites you to submit a proposal to perform molecular profiling using specimens from children, adolescents, and young adults with cancer. Your lab does not need to have Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) accreditation to apply.

If awarded, you will characterize genes, proteins, metabolites, and other related markers, including measurements such as:

  • genomic and transcriptomic sequencing,
  • analysis of protein expression and post-translational modifications in tissues, and
  • other complex, state of the art, non-clinical-grade assays.

Submit your proposal by June 14, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. ET.

Send questions to Julia Tilton, contracting specialist, or Erin Felent, contracting officer.
