Childhood Cancer Clinical Data Commons: A New Web Application for Your Data Needs
If you use childhood cancer data in your research, explore the Childhood Cancer Clinical Data Commons (C3DC): a new, open-access, web application from NCI’s Childhood Cancer Data Initiative (CCDI).
Using C3DC, you can:
- search for harmonized, deidentified, participant-level clinical data from multiple studies.
- create custom cohorts.
- download data for local analysis.
You’ll have access to the following resources:
- C3DC Data Model: Explore a representation of harmonized data from CCDI and other studies.
- GitHub Harmonization Repository: Find harmonization scripts, translation files, and more.
- CCDI Hub: Get information about available tools and applications. You’ll also find descriptions of resources for specific areas of cancer research.
- Genomic Data Commons Data Portal: Search and download cancer data for your analysis.
- Cancer Data Standards Repository: Find over 60,000 common data elements.
Check back regularly as you will find new pediatric cancer data and functionality added to the data commons over time.
Visit the C3DC webpage to explore all the tools available to you. Email CCDI if you have questions about C3DC.
