Current Role
As an IT specialist, I lead the Configuration and Change Management areas of CBIIT’s Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). Concerning primary Configuration Management activities, my team and I customize and implement a central database called the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Through the CMDB, we amalgamate IT configuration and infrastructure data, allowing our fellow IT teams and business owners to see IT resources across the enterprise. While serving the Change Management team, I help control all IT changes and ensure we execute them without disrupting active IT services. I also support the CBIIT OCIO IT Service Management (ITSM) Team Lead with creating, implementing, and communicating ITSM processes. I am certified in IT service management (ITIL v4), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe® 5), and as an Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner.
