As an information technology (IT) specialist within the IT Services and Support Branch, I collaborate with various departments to establish interdisciplinary teams. These teams provide comprehensive solutions aligned with stakeholders' needs. I also maintain a close partnership with the Desktop Platform Management team to guarantee the delivery of customer-centric, compliant, and reliable desktop platform solutions.
